Gender Desk
The Gender Desk provides a neutral, confidential, and safe access point for students and staff to report offenses committed by faculty members, students, or peers.
What Does the Gender Desk Do?
- Provide support and counselling
- Assess complaints related to harassment, violence, or discrimination
- Ensure non-reoccurrence of reported incidents
- Facilitate informal resolution where appropriate
- Maintain official records and notify alleged offenders
- Advise alleged offenders on consequences if misconduct continues
